Wooden Pens

Our handcrafted wooden pens will make the perfect gift for a 5th wedding anniversary or any other special occasion.
The pens are made from carefully selected beautiful woods and are fitted with standard ballpoint refills and gold plate or chrome fittings. 
All of the presentation boxes which are supplied with the pens can be personalised with a short message e.g a name or date, 'Happy 5th Anniversary' etc, which adds that extra special touch to your gift. 

All of our wooden pens and pencils are available as sets - presented together in a double Maple presentation box which can be personalised. Please enter your inscription details when adding to bag. Our single wooden pen and wooden pencil boxes are also solid Maple and an inscription can be engraved by way of pyrography onto the lid.

The Wood Hut wooden pens and pencils are made to the highest quality. Not only are they beautiful to the eye but extremely tactile to hold - a stylish yet functional wooden gift.

Ultimately we are aiming to make wooden pens from virtually all of the UK’s suitable trees - for example Silver Birch and Elm (which is unfortunately now one of our rarest trees).
Every wooden pen or pencil is uniquely handcrafted at The Wood Hut workshop from wood that has been eco responsibly sourced and in many cases wood that we have dried and seasoned for many years. We also make wooden pens from unusual and historical sources such as driftwood and oak from the Tay Rail Bridge.

Q. How long will it take for you to make my pen?
Usually our pens and pencils are made within 2-3 working days, but this can be sooner if you have an earlier deadline.

Q. Is it possible to get refills for my pen?
Yes, we are able to supply refills at a cost of £3.50 each. Please contact us.

Q. Can a wooden pen or pencil be made from my own piece of wood?
Usually yes, please send your piece to us and we will assess its suitability.

Q. How are your wooden pens and pencils presented?
All of our wooden pens and pencils are supplied in either single or double wooden pen boxes.

Q. Can the gift be personalised in any way?
Yes, the lid of the box can be inscribed with a name, date or short message e.g ‘Happy Anniversary’.
